Shipping Delightful Lingerie offers offers three shipping options: UPS Ground, Two Business Day or Next Business Day. Orders received by 12 noon EST are processed the same business day Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please include your email address, daytime telephone number and street address on your order.

For security reasons, all Delightful Lingerie online purchases will require a signature upon delivery.

**PLEASE NOTE** We only ship orders within the continental United States, US territories and Military Mailboxes. At this time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States, PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's.

Secure Shopping: Delightful Lingerie chooses PayPal for your shopping and security - no credit card information is EVER stored on our server! This is a safe, secure, and efficient way to purchase online. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order.

Returns: Due to health regulations all intimate apparel containing a crotch cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been tried on or worn. We will only accept returns / exchanges for hosiery, bodystockings, underwear, swimwear or any intimate apparel containing a crotch that has not been worn and are returned to us unopened in the original plastic protection wrap it was shipped to you in. *If the plastic package has been opened or the item appears to have been worn, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Certain other products are also excluded from our return policy for hygiene reasons – this will be indicated within the product description for these items on our website. Take comfort in knowing that this policy assures our garments have not been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.

The merchandise must be shipped back to Delightful Lingerie *UNWORN with original tags attached within 10 days of receipt of order. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will be credited or refunded. Shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. Any sales tax you may have been charged (NY State residents) will be credited as well.

We strongly encourage you to insure your return package and send using return receipt or tracking service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges: We will ship the merchandise within 48 hours of receipt of your returned package, provided merchandise is available. If merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you via e-mail. If you do not wish to wait for the merchandise to become available, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping is free if an exchange is sent to you.

Sales Tax: Tax Free for all orders shipped outside of New York State. The current sales tax rate will automatically be added to all orders shipped within New York State.

Your Order Confirmation: When you complete an order with Delightful Lingerie, you will receive two email messages from us. The first message will confirm that we have received your order. The second will confirm that your order has been shipped.

Track Your Order Online: Your shipping confirmation message will always include a UPS Tracking Number. To track a delivery you can click www.UPS.com. Please note it can take at least 24 hours for your order information to appear at the tracking site.

Pre-Order Items Pre-order items are available on a first come first serve basis. Your credit card will not be charged until the item arrives at our warehouse from the designer and is ready to be shipped to you. Availability times listed on pre-order items are estimates and are subject to change. You will be notified via email once your pre-ordered item arrives and is ready to ship, we will charge you for that item and ship it free of charge. This is only available for shipments within the United States.

Backorders: Although we keep most of our merchandise in stock, we sometimes run through a particular item quicker than we can receive it. In the event that an item you ordered is backordered, the rest of your order will be shipped and we will promptly ship the item to you as soon as we receive it from our warehouse. A Customer Care Representative will notify you by email within 24 hours with an approximate time frame the item will be shipped to you. You will only be charged once for shipping, even if your items are sent separately.
